Information we collect
Depending on how you use RouxChef, we may collect:
- Account details such as email address and sign-in/session information.
- Waitlist and contact form details you choose to send.
- Kitchen information you provide, including ingredients, preferences, photos, receipts, barcodes, cooked meals, and saved kitchen memory.
- Basic device, diagnostic, and usage information needed to keep the app reliable.
- Purchase entitlement information from Apple and RevenueCat if you use paid features.
How we use it
We use this information to create dinner suggestions, remember your kitchen, process support requests, maintain account access, understand reliability issues, and manage purchase access. We do not use your kitchen data for third-party advertising.
AI and service providers
RouxChef may use trusted service providers for hosting, email delivery, purchase entitlement management, analytics, and AI-assisted ingredient or recipe processing. Providers are used only where they help operate the product.
Photos and receipts
Photos and receipts are used to extract useful food information for your RouxChef experience. They may include incidental details, so avoid sending anything you do not want processed.
Your choices
You can request help, corrections, export questions, or deletion by emailing [email protected]. Account deletion details are available on the Delete account page.
Children
RouxChef is not intended for children under 13.
