How to delete your account
- Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my RouxChef account."
- Use the email address connected to your RouxChef account.
- We may reply to verify ownership before deletion is completed.
What gets deleted
Deletion covers your RouxChef account and the kitchen data tied to it, including saved ingredients, preferences, cooked meal history, and active sessions.
What may be kept
We may keep limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, backups, or transaction records. Purchase history and subscription management are handled by Apple and RevenueCat, so deleting your RouxChef account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription.
Timing
We aim to acknowledge deletion requests promptly and complete verified deletion within 30 days.
Cancel a subscription
If you subscribed through Apple, manage or cancel the subscription from your Apple ID subscriptions settings.
